Casa Del Rey offers attainable housing designed to provide quality apartments at rents that are accessible to income-qualified households. Because the community participates in an attainable housing program, applicants must meet certain household income requirements.

As part of the approval process, applicants will be asked to provide information about everyone who will live in the apartment and documents verifying all sources of household income. This may include recent pay stubs, benefit statements, or other income records. Income limits vary based on household size and the apartment selected.
Our leasing team will guide applicants through the process and explain which documents are needed. Additional income certifications may be required during the tenancy to confirm continued program compliance.
